Meet the Owner
Andre Pereira
Master Plumber & Founder
My career in the plumbing and HVAC industry began in 2005, working alongside my father in the family plumbing and HVAC business he established in Connecticut in 1995. What began as an opportunity to learn the trades developed into a career built on hands-on experience, continued education, leadership, and eventually business ownership. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Post University. After college, while working full-time, I completed the technical education for Plumbing and HVAC through evening classes at the Industrial Management & Training Institute (IMTI). Over the years, I worked my way through every level of the trade from apprentice to journeyman, foreman, and eventually owner of my father's plumbing and HVAC company. That experience taught me not only how to perform the work, but how to manage projects and employees, solve problems, serve customers, and stand behind the quality of every job. My experience covers a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC work. I have handled everything from everyday service calls including leaks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, heating and cooling systems, and repairs to complete plumbing systems for new homes, major renovations, commercial projects, and hotel remodels. Our work was also featured on A&E Flip This House, where our company participated in plumbing and renovation work for homes featured throughout the series. Experiences like these, along with decades of everyday service and construction work, helped reinforce the standards I continue to bring to every project today.
Our Story
Bringing My Experience to Florida Deciding to leave Connecticut and a family company with more than 30 years of history was not an easy decision. It meant leaving behind a business, customers, relationships, and a reputation that had taken decades to build. Ultimately, however, moving to Florida was the right decision for my family and the beginning of a new chapter. That chapter is Plumb Line Solutions. I brought the same principles to Florida that guided my work in Connecticut: precision, integrity, experience, and a commitment to doing the job the right way. I believe customers deserve clear communication, professional workmanship, respect for their homes and businesses and work that I am proud to put my name behind. We're family-owned, hands-on, and treating every customer like a neighbor. Today, I am proud to serve Flagler and St. Johns Counties not only as a plumbing professional and business owner, but as a member of the community my family now calls home. Whether it's a small repair or a full remodel, you'll find me on the job bringing the same care to your home that I bring to my own. At Plumb Line Solutions our philosophy is simple: Provide plumbing services with precision and integrity. This is what He showed me: The Lord was standing by a wall that had been built true to plumb, with a plumb line in His hand. Amos 7:7
